There is extra room in these shoes so an additional insole may be necessary. The length does feel true to size. Overall a great show.

This older style of the Scinapse looks better than the new model. Extremely comfortable, feels broken in from the start. Thick, supple yak leather. The lacing is thin nylon cord with an adjustable toggle. Had to figure out to loosen it and wear that way for comfort, or snug it up for more support. Thick rubber soles give excellent impact absorption. I normally wear a size 9 and the Euro 43 fits well, especially as high tops. My only concern is the lack of ventilation, but there are slits in the leather on the sides.
